Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Assistant Governor Redentor Bancod (center) led the discussion on how lower transaction fees can encourage greater use of digital payments, sustain account engagement among users, and support broader financial inclusion during the Pricing of Retail Off-Net Payments: Evidence and Insights Forum held at the BSP Head Office in Manila on 19 August 2026.
